Is online counseling suitable for me?

Online counseling is helpful to those people who feel the need for psychological support, but they do not have access to counseling services in the conventional way.

In specific, it is suitable for people who,
  • travel frequently and stay for long periods out of their city
  • notice something indicative for further attention, clarification, process, analysis or simplification in their daily functioning, but do not wish to participate in a psychoeducational or psychotherapeutical group or seminar
  • experience an emotion, image, situation which occured in their life and would like to talk about it with a mental health professional
  • are in need of a more flexible schedule in order to arrange counseling sessions
  • have some difficulty to leave the house due to technical or practical difficulties
  • cannot find an expert available in their home city or do not wish to visit someone nearby
  • want to obtain counseling for situational analysis only
  • would not talk to a friend, family member, colleague, supervisor for a reference
  • do not have a stable schedule  (i.e. circular duty)
Online counseling is the ideal way to get psychological support and counseling.
